The client contacted us inquiring fully automatic facial tissue machines in March, 2023.
Firstly, we talk about machines details online for about 2 months and agreed the whole production line’s details.
In May, the client with his technicals came to China visit us. After face to face discussion and check of our facoty, the client signed the contract with us on the site.
After machines are finished, we have an online video call to test machines with the client.
Client was so satisfied with machines’ testing that he paid the balance the next day to ship machines.
To assist machines’ installment and training of workers, we send technical to client’s factory and win good reputation of client.
