Two Lines Napkin Tissue Making Machine
Outline
It is discharged by 2 sets of folding wheels. The finished products are divided and stacked according to the set number of sheets by automatic stacking device, and then transferred to the transport belt by rotating steering. This machine realizes the automatic production process, which does not need the workers to divide, lay out and pack the paper.
Therefore, only 1 worker is required to monitor the folding machine, conveyor belt and checks the integrity of the finished product, on-site inspection of finished products, etc.

1、Installation requirements
1.1 Requirements for the place where the machine is placed: the workshop floor must have a 150mm thick concrete layer to ensure sufficient support; if the machine is placed on the second floor or above, it must be ensured that the floor has sufficient bearing capacity, and the floor design must consider the weight of the machine and the dynamic load factor.
Please refer to the attached picture for the load bearing of the machine.
1.2 Ensure that the flatness deviation of the site where the machine is placed is not greater than 5mm/㎡, otherwise, it is necessary to add a foot pad, which is prepared by the customer in advance.
1.3 Horizontal adjustment and alignment.When installing the machine, it is necessary to adjust the level and neutral to ensure the deviation within +/-5mm
1.4 Tighten all screws.
2、Air supply requirements
2.1. Purified and dried compressed air must be used, with a filtration accuracy of <40um.
2.2. When lubricated by compressed air, the oil mist shall not exceed 25mg/m.
2.3. When the system is in normal operation, the oil mist quantity is set at 0.2-1 drops or 0.5-5 drops /1000L
2.4. Minimum pressure requirement: 0.6mpa
2.5. Minimum flow: 3m³/h.
2.6. Gas-path connection: Connect the gas-path correctly according to the gas-path drawing. Please refer to the attached drawing for specific connection mode.
2.7. Main trachea: 8mm.
2.8. Air feed oil: use turbo oil No. 1 no additive (ISO-VG32).
