Technical performance
1. Roll paper arrangement, premade bag, filling, pulling and sending bag are adopts servo drive, simple operation, convenient maintenance.
2. Adopts mold cooperates with vacuum for package forming, ensure the nice packaging effect.
3. HIM: Touch screen setting and operation. Easy and convenient for operation.
4. Fault tracking alarm: It can quickly find out the fault cause and position and automatically display it on the touch screen, which is convenient for machine maintenance
6. Monitoring system: monitoring of the presence or absence of packaging bags and products to prevent operation without packaging bags or products; automatic discharge when the shape of the packaging bag is abnormal; automatic shutdown when abnormal bag opening occurs; automatic discharge when the bag fails to be opened due to adhesion of the packaging bag
6. Packing speed can be adjusted freely
7. Temperature control system: Adopts constant temperature heating and sealing, suitable for different kinds of packaging material and avoid fake sealing.
8. Double channel feeding style.
9. Adopts servo for bag catching unit to ensure stably in bag catching. Adopt negative pressure station centralized management mode, effectively reduce the energy consumption.
